worth the cost, simple yet a place for everything, secure, just what i was looking for for a trip to Japan
Sturdy, convenient, and helpful for international travelers

I was going on a 5 week trip to Vienna & Germany, and I needed something to keep all of my travel documents and cards together. That’s when I found this organizer from Victorinox. Given the company’s reputation for hardiness in its products, I’d say that it met expectations. I haven’t had it for long (it arrived before I left), but there have been no defects whatsoever. It also easily accommodated my passport, credit and debit cards, other ID cards, as well as my plane and train tickets. This is especially helpful when traveling through TSA checkpoints in the U.S. My only complaint, and something that I wish I knew beforehand, was that it’s too large to fit into your pocket, so it can’t replace a money belt.
Durable but a bit too bulky
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
Well constructed with a solid feel, lots of compartments and zip closure. Unfortunately, it is bulky and I wound up by something a little thinner that would slide easier into a vest pocket.
An excellent investment.

I carried this around Eastern Europe for four months last year. It’s functional and well-constructed, and the only travel wallet I could find *anywhere* that met all my needs.
A big selling point for me was the large zippered coin pouch. Other travel wallets either have no coin pouch at all, or a little buttoned one that’s useless because it doesn’t prevent change from escaping and sliding around the main compartment. In the Victorinox wallet, the pouch zippers shut, and it’s big enough to hold about two or three times the change you could comfortably carry in your pocket. I ended up using it for other things, too, like luggage locks and my iPod. I like to carry all my foreign currency in one spot, and this wallet let me do that.
It has two passport slots – great for people with dual citizenship – and also 12 card slots, and one transparent mesh slot for ID. A loop running down the inside spine holds a pen. On one wing of the wallet, there’s two pockets for cash or documents, and on the other there’s one pocket that zippers closed. The outside zipper seals the wallet completely.
If you’re looking for something you can slip inside your jacket pocket, this isn’t for you. Fully loaded, it’s about as thick as a paperback thriller, and as long as a magazine. However, if you want to carry *all* your travel documents securely in one place, you can’t do any better. With its thoughtful and comprehensive layout, it’s as compact as it can be – keep in mind that the same design in leather would be *much* bulkier. Personally, I’d rather have the convenience of securing everything in a single wallet than have to keep track of currency and documents I’m carrying in a few different places.
You can get a travel wallet for half the price of this one – but you get what you pay for. This wallet has all the features I want, and it’s sturdy enough that I expect it to survive a few decades, at least. Actually, I might never need to replace it. If you do a lot of traveling, this is an excellent investment, and worth every penny.

I travel a lot. I bought this on a trip as my old leather passport wallet was disintegrating. This is nicely designed, holds passport, tickets, cash, about 7 credit cards/frequent flier cards, pen, and has a zippered see through cash/keys compartment. It zippers closed so nothing can fall out. I got the bright red version to make it less likely that I leave it sitting around at a counter or hotel room. My only gripe is that while it has attachment rings to fit a wrist or neck strap, no strap is provided. Small point as I don’t tend to wear these things around my neck anyway. It is a bit thicker than my old leather wallet but it also holds more and holds it more securely. Overall this case looks like it will last for the next 10 years of vigorous use without any problem and it does have a lifetime warranty.
Victorinox Travell Wallet
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I bought this for travel in April 2008 and I chose this model as light weight which it is. I think a bit more detailed description is useful for other buyers as you will have to live with it for a long time.
Unit came with hard plastic info tag that says Lifetime Warranty and gives phone number, so presumably when zip gives out you can get it replaced. Outside has 2/3 length slot for ready access to Passport and boarding card and small finger loop at top left. Vertical different material strip is for decoration only. 80% perimeter main zip goes 1 1/4 inch around back at top and bottom so doesn’t get caught-stressed when open.
Inside has semi hard thin plastic sheet built into each side to give wallet reasonable rigidity. Left side top 8 slots are all credit card depth, coin zip pouch looks could hold lots of coins or 5-10 keys or small MP3 player and in ear headphones. Left side long zip gives access to single full height pocket. Right side top slot is 1/2 height of wallet behind Victorinox label/badge, width and height fits my standard size Canadian Passport leaving 1/2 inch/1 cm at top visible. Next down slot is also 1/2 height to bottom of unit. Next two down slots are like left side slots, credit card depth. Bottom right see through slot has plastic holder that fits my Texas plastic Drivers License. On right side behind these slots is two open pockets. Middle has pen holder. All zips have small pull tabs. Back has nothing on it.
As other reviewer said the wallet comes with two small loops at top that hard plastic info tag is attached to but no shoulder strap so I cut these two loops off. Build quality is on mine is ~90%, built well, good materials, couple small pinch points in sewing. I chose black but as other reviewer said red stands out better as I have left my old vinyl model behind before, duh!
This is very convenient.

This organizer is unisex, stylish, and conveniently fits everything you need without having to rummage through carry-ons at the airport. My boyfriend was even jealous and now he wants one.
Good for carrying thin stuff

Victronix has designed a very good travel organizer. It has lots of pockets. Has a zip also. Good for any serious traveller. However it bulges out quickly if you put thick stuff. Therefore 4 points!!
Great product

Nice product with alot of room but it is a large item so not real sure were I can place it on my computer bag that is out of the way. But again quality is great.
Form and Function
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I looked at a lot of selections. Some were a bit more fancy as per their construction materials, however this one was maybe less good-looking but superior in features for the price. More “bang for the buck” as they say. Quality materials and construction through out.
Very Convenient

I purchased this a while ago before a trip and couldn’t be happier with it. There are a number of card slots and compartments. It is very easy to keep passports, plane tickets, extra cash, a pen, etc. all in one place, so you don’t have to fumble around when checking in or moving about the airport. It is small enough to not be cumbersome, but it is big enough that it is not easily “pickpocketed.” In my opinion, a handy travel companion.
