Very quick to initialize and get you going, easy to set an A to B route, good instructions and display. Two complaints: first, zooming in or out is tricky if you want to go from a close shot to overall view of route and back - the screen refresh is slow and spotty in that mode; second, street names are not displayed until the zoom level is too close to be of any use - situational awareness is poor in areas where you are not familiar with the streets. Both are artifacts of screen size, so I doubt if other units are any better, but in my opinion these problems can be corrected, or at least improved. Despite those complaints I recommend this unit; it is an excellent buy. Pleased with Garmin 765T
